Cancellation of Tokyo Open 2020
Application for compensation of travel expenses deadline has already passed and closed March 18 2020.
On February 26, 2020, the Prime Minister of Japan stated that it is a crucial time to end the spread of the novel coronavirus diseases early. And he requested organizers of any large-scale sport/cultural events all over Japan to either postpone or cancel their events.
Up until yesterday, we have been working hard to carry out Tokyo Open 2020, JDSF Congress and WDSF Adjudicator Congress taking all measures of safety precaution according to the instructions of the Japan Sports Agency and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Therefore, it is a real disappointment that we had to make a tough decision, which is, to cancel the 22nd Tokyo Open and the related events in response to this government requests.
We apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause. Those who are listed in the starting list of Feb. 26 on the Tokyo Open website are eligible for compensation of travel expenses.

東京オープン等中止に関するお知らせ
3月8日（日）に駒沢体育館で開催予定の第22回東京オープンにつきましては、新型コロナウィルス感染症に対するあらゆる安全策を講じた上で実施する準備をしておりましたが、2月26日（水）の内閣総理大臣及びスポーツ庁からの要請を受け、中止とさせていただきます。
皆さまには大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、本連盟主催の大規模なイベントについては、3月末まで自粛いたします。
これに伴い、3月7日（土）開催予定の第30回全国公認指導員・審判員・PD会員「ダンススポーツコングレス」についても中止いたします。
中止による上記の観戦チケットの返金は3月8日より3月31日まで販売ルートを通して申請を受け付けますので、具体的な方法については後日ご案内いたします。
競技会出場料及びコングレス受講料の返金については個別にご案内いたします。
